Scheduled

We will be starting the process of turning off our old software repository and this is the first of three stages. This maintenance window is when access to the legacy repository for the Cloud Access Connector container images will be disabled.

If you have already migrated your install and update instructions or scripts to use the new software repository and have updated your existing Cloud Access Connectors you will experience no impact from this change. If you have not, you will want to update your scripts and instructions prior to this maintenance window. See https://teradici.com/downloadcac/ for more information on the change.

You can confirm your Cloud Access Connector version from the CAM Admin Console where it should show version 39 or higher. You can also check by running cloud-access-connector --version to obtain the version of the connector installer, and it should report v55 or higher.

If you experience any installation or update issues, troubleshooting information can be found here: https://www.teradici.com/web-help/pcoip_cloud_access_manager/CACv2/troubleshooting/installer_issues/. Or you can open a support case at https://help.teradici.com.
