Resolved

At 6:04am PST a failure of power management of resources in AWS was identified.
An update was applied to correct the issue at 8:30am PST and the issue was verified as resolved by 8:44am PST.
This only impacted the power management of AWS resources and no other functionality.

2025-02-04 UPDATE: The start time of the incident is updated from 7:15am to 6:04am.
